1. How does it work

  1. Discover - Select a a variety of options from Mind & Body, Diet & Nutrition, Beauty Essentials, Retreats and Workshops or purchase as a gift certificate(s)
  2. Engage - Email or Print Voucher of service(s) prior to service(s). Note: Recipient books for their experience with Practitioner/Business Owner directly for preferred day/time
  3. Inspire -Attend your nominated service(s) with your Practitioner/Business Owner at your nominated day/time. Once complete, inspire and share with others within Secret Of Wellness on your service(s)
  4. Feel Good - Continue to indulge in the service(s) and use the gateway for more great deals

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

Our Price Guarantee
When you buy a Voucher(s), we guarantee you'll pay the same as you would booking directly from the Practitioner/Business Owner.

Additional Charges
All orders carry a flat transaction fee which is communicated on the final payment screen. This fee contributes to the banking and administration charges incurred when a transaction is made.

5. Checking Date Availability

Please contact Practitioner/Business Owner around availability as this may change pending Practitioner/Business Owner hours of operation as well as availability

It is recommended you book at least 3 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. You should allow more time if requesting a booking during peak times (such as weekends or holidays).

6. Security

Secret of Wellness's Commitment
The security of your sensitive personal and financial details is important to us. We use the highest level of data encryption possible so you can feel confident that all communication (e.g. credit card details and personal information) between your browser and the Secret Of Wellness web server is private and secure.

Not only are all transactions secured using industry strength SSL encryption but, as additional protection, we also enforce the entry of the 3 or 4 digit credit card security numbers (CVN).

No credit card details are retained on our servers.

What You Can Do
We strongly recommend that you do not share your Secret Of Wellness account login and password with anyone.
If you are using a public or shared computer, always remember to sign out of your Secret Of Wellness account and do not leave the computer unattended while you are still logged in or in the middle of a transaction.

7. Booking a Date for a service/treatment

Instructions for use are clearly communicated on all Secret Of Wellness Voucher(s).

Print your voucher(s) and bring it with you on the day of your service(s) after you have booked in with Practitioner/Business Owners

Note: Most Practitioners/Business Owners recommend you book at least three weeks in advance to avoid disappointment. You should allow more time if requesting a booking during peak times (such as weekends or holidays).

Want to Know an Practitioner/Business Owner Details Without Purchasing A Voucher(s)?
Secret Of Wellness is the leading online health and wellbeing retailer for amazing experiences throughout Victoria.

We act as a gateway for various Practitioner/Business Owner around Victoria. We, however, do not provide Practitioner/Business Owner direct details until after the voucher has been purchased and/or redeemed on our website.

If you require further information about services(s) before purchasing a voucher we will be happy to call the Practitioner/Business Owner on your behalf and find out everything you wish to know.

Contacting an Experience Provider and Already Have a Voucher(s)?
After you made a purchase, contact details of Practitioner/Business Owner will be made available. They will be in touch within 48 hours. Should you have any concerns before this time, or an experience provider has taken longer than 48 hours to get in touch with you, please contact us on 0403 471 772.

10. Changing the Booking Date

Rescheduling Due to Your Own Circumstances
Circumstances may arise where you are no longer able to attend services(s) on the date you originally booked. If you need to change the date of your booking it does not usually attract a cancellation fee, as long as you give the Practitioner/Business Owner plenty of notice. Please contact the Practitioner/Business Owner directly should you need to reschedule.

Rescheduling by the Practitioner/Business Owner
If a Practitioner/Business Owner needs to cancel for any reason, you will be notified by them as soon as possible in order to book an alternative date. You should reschedule a suitable date directly with the Practitioner/Business Owner, whose details will have been advised to you.

11. Lost Gift Voucher(s)

If in an event your Voucher(s) is received and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher(s) emailed to them.
Conditions for replacement of lost Voucher(s):

  • The voucher is still valid and has not yet been exchanged or used.
  • Proof of purchase is provided; either an order number, purchaser's full name or purchaser's email address.
  • Secret Of Wellness is able to correctly verify you as the original recipient.

Please note it is the voucher(s) recipient's responsibility to obtain and provide Secret Of Wellness with all required verification details. Failure to do so will mean no replacement voucher(s) can be issued.

12. Refunds

No Change-of-Mind Refund Policy. If you have purchased a service from Secret of Wellness and change your mind, you cannot request a refund of the service.

13. Transfer of voucher(s)

All valid and unused Secret Of Wellness Voucher(s) are fully transferable. Secret Of Wellness accepts no responsibility for any stolen or fraudulent Voucher(s). It is the holder's responsibility to ensure the safe keeping of the Voucher(s)

15.Voucher Expiry & Extensions

  • Secret of Wellness service vouchers must be used within 6 months or 12 months of purchase, depending on the service voucher type and the purchase date. This will be at the discretion of the Practitioner offering the services(s)
  • Gift Certificates/Cards - must be used within 12 months of purchase.
  • Expired vouchers are non-refundable in whole or in part. After a voucher has expired, it is no longer valid and all transaction attempts will be declined. Any unused value at the date of expiry will become the property of Secret of Wellness.
  • The expiry date is clearly displayed on all Voucher(s)
